Professionally picky.

Nitpik is led by a designer and former developer project manager with a construction delivery background. Years on site alongside trades means we know where finishes get rushed — and how to describe a defect so it gets fixed.

Every inspection is done with raking light and a level. Every item is photographed, numbered and cited to the Guide to Standards and Tolerances 2026, and the report is delivered the same day, room by room.

We inspect cosmetic finish only — not structure, compliance or pests — and we do it for one client at a time.
